Return & Exchange Policy

At EMADEMICS, every release is part of a limited Archive Collection. Because many of our products are produced specifically for each order or released in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind.

Returns

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selected during checkout

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

We understand that sizing mistakes can happen.

If you ordered the wrong size, we offer one size exchange on unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Original tags must still be attached.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is the result of an EMADEMICS error.

To request a size exchange, email con@emademics.com with your order number and the size you would like to exchange for.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing con@emademics.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

If the issue is confirmed, EMADEMICS will provide a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Limited Archive Releases

EMADEMICS Archive Collections are intentionally limited. Once a product is retired from the archive, it may not be restocked.

If your requested exchange size is no longer available, we will work with you to provide the best available solution, which may include store credit or another exchange option at our discretion.

Return Address

Please contact us before sending any merchandise back. Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
