Order Processing
Every EMADEMICS release is part of a limited Archive Collection.
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after your purchase is placed. During limited drops, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International shipping is not currently available.
Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.
EMADEMICS is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, EMADEMICS cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages.
If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at con@emademics.com, and we'll do our best to assist you.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact con@emademics.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
- A brief description of the issue
We'll review your claim and work to provide a replacement if appropriate.
Archive Releases
EMADEMICS Archive Collections are released in limited quantities. Some items may not be restocked once they are retired from the archive.
Our goal is to process every order as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of every piece we ship.
